This article contains the terms and conditions of PriceCute (pricecute.com) services as a competitor price monitoring solution.
PriceCute tracks and monitors the price availabilities of services identified by its customers at various web-shops with no country or market limitation and also delivers daily notifications about the changes in those prices, in addition provides access to its web dashboard and API feed. (plan restrictions may apply here.)
PriceCute service contains the following content delivered to the subscribed users (you):
1- Web dashboard with varying feature accesses depending on the preferred PriceCute Service Plan.
2- Email notifications and reporting – plan restrictions may apply here.
3- API access – plan restrictions may apply here.
PriceCute does not require any installation or setup to get up and running, therefore our company does not provide any services other than the items mentioned above.
PriceCute guarantees to offer its users 24/7 access to it technical support ticketing system, and guarantees to maintain the agreed service scope mentioned here, during the subscription period.
“Confidential Information” consits of any part or all of these terms & conditions, as well as any data (including technical data), any means of communications (whether written or oral), reports, formulae, financial information and terms, spreadsheets, computer files, or other information disclosed between the parties relating to the subject matter of these terms & conditions in the course of subscription.
PriceCute will not disclose any Confidential Information, including but not limited to the account details of its clients, the services and the tracked web-shops in it, with any third party without the written consent of its clients.
PriceCute will not be held liable for any damages or charges that may occur due to the use of its services in complete or particular form. PriceCute cannot be held responsible for any disputes between two or more companies selling the same or similar products on any platform which the user has specified in order to track competitor pricing and market conditions. Information regarding users in any way, shape or form will not be shared outside of PriceCute however, creators and/or the owners (in effect also includes company or brand) of the service will not be held responsible for any information shared outside of its knowledge by its users and or chosen vendors. These vendors may be third party e-commerce platforms with affiliates and/or private seller companies. PriceCute does not obtain and share any information outside what is already publicly available. Hence, PriceCute, its owner/s, creators nor affiliates can be held legally responsible for damages or liability as a result of shared data which as mentioned can only be in the form of publicly accessible published content. PriceCute services only objective is to provide its users simplicity and ease of workload in market value tracking tasks, such as the market and specific sale values of a product which directly concerns the user. No other service will strictly be provided to users.
Users benefitting from PriceCute services may not in any way, shape or form resell PriceCute services. This includes but is not limited to sharing competitor prices, tracked market values and/or product pricing reports. PriceCute reserves the right to withhold, revoke and/or ban any user and/or any subscription should there be a breach of this condition.
Users may only use PriceCute services for price tracking. In detail, price tracking is the action of collecting live feedback of competitor prices, that of which are published for public view.
Subscription based service limits the amount of competitor tracking as specified in the ‘Subscription Plan’. Any user having difficulty finding or accessing this information must contact PriceCute customer support prior to making any purchase or payment. PriceCute may not be held responsible for any ‘misconceptions’ or ‘misunderstandings’ regarding the services mentioned under ‘Subscriptions’ as published on the PriceCute.com website. We strongly advise users to clearly understand the scope of the services available to them by reviewing the demo accessible through the “Try the Demo” button on PriceCute.com prior to purchase of any subscription.
Users will be provided options for vendors such as Amazon or Ebay. Given a later decision than the date of subscription that may affect users vendor options, they will be given options to change their subscriptions or be refunded the days left over in their subscriptions calculated accordingly to their paid monthly rate. Refund options may only be calculated according to what the user has initially paid for that month of service, hence, users who have been granted free subscriptions may not be entitled to any refunds whatsoever. PriceCute holds the unrestricted right to limit, revoke or cancel the tracking request of any vendor it decides to do so. Users must understand that PriceCute will take third party requests into consideration and will at all times comply with rules and regulations set out by Federal Law of States and Countries, inc. court decisions respective to PriceCute services.
Monthly subscription payments will be conducted through ‘Stripe’ which is a payment allocation gateway used by software and similar service provider companies that provides users with payment options such as Stripe, Credit Card etc. Monthly fees are collected at the beginning of each month in order to activate PriceCute service. In order for users to be able to continue using PriceCute services, users must make monthly payments similar to a pre-paid service.
Users can upgrade or downgrade their PriceCute plans by contacting customer service or from their dashboard, without any need to cancel or transfer their existing account.
PriceCute works with a ‘pay as you go model’, where monthly subscriptions can be stopped at any point during the subscription without any incurring costs for the following months thereon.
