Users must specify data/information/website address/link of their product in the relevant fields (anywhere that does not clearly specify “Competitor”) which they have legal ownership of only.
PriceCute reserves the right without prior notice to restrict accounts or ban users should they request to track products and services which they have specified as their own. Should any user confront such restrictions, they may provide proof of ownership of the claimed product, that is they may inquire for dispute resolution via support@pricecute.com customer assistance mail with proof of ownership of the product they requested to track as their own.
Any billing information related data such as your name, address, telephone number and payment card details will not be held by PriceCute and/or its provider Code2 Software Inc. Any form of financial operation including payment for PriceCute’s monthly and or annual subscriptions and/or any other services which the user may benefit from will be conducted through a third online payment gateway. Any privacy related matters regarding billing, payment or similar financial operations of any value will be under the responsibility of the vendor where their terms and conditions for such operations will be effective. Until further notice, the vendor of such operations will be provided by Stripe.com.
